Do you even understand what the Mueller probe is about? It's not about whether Russia changed our ballots, it's about whether the president did something illegal (which he almost certainly did). Russia running facebook ads that seven people saw did not sway the election.
ACTUALLY. There are a whole host of things on Mueller's plate- money laundering, foreign influence, public corruption etc etc. Nobody, not even me, thinks that ballot tampering is part of that mix. If you can't see how gerrymandering enabled and amplified those efforts, then....

Yes, the GOP stays in power in the U.S. House & in state legislatures through gerrymandering. However, the Senate, Governorships, & Presidency are not affected.
No, it simply doesn't. When offices are elected through statewide vote totals, then it doesn't matter whether the House & local legislative districts are drawn fairly or unfairly. I don't know how that could be any clearer.
